Founded by Lisha Sriranga, SOPÁN was created to redefine etiquette for the modern professional environment.

With a background in banking and entrepreneurship, Lisha recognised that success is not determined by skill alone, but by how one is experienced by others. How you enter a room, how you speak, how you hold yourself—these are not small details. They shape perception and opportunity.
