With a background in banking and entrepreneurship, I spent years observing how professionalism, confidence, and communication influence opportunities, relationships, and trust. The truth is, presence matters. Conduct matters. The way we make others feel matters.

And yet, modern etiquette is so often misunderstood as something rigid or intimidating, when in reality, it should feel practical, relevant, and deeply human.

This journal is an extension of that belief.
